• GROUND FLOOR ONLY: Our standard service is strictly from the ground floor.
  • Note: Any collection involving stairs that was not pre-arranged and quoted will result in additional labor fees.

• READY FOR TRANSPORT: All items must be fully packed. Every box must be closed and securely taped.

• FURNITURE PREP: All furniture (beds, desks, tables) must be dismantled and secured before our team arrives.

• WAITING TIME: To stay on schedule for all our customers, we cannot wait for items to be packed upon arrival. Excessive waiting time will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

• THE "FULL LIST" POLICY: A complete inventory of all items must be supplied via email before collection.
• EXTRA ITEMS: Our vans are loaded with precision based on your list. Items not on your original list may not fit in the vehicle. If extra items are added on the day or if an extra vehicle is required, additional charges will apply.
